		<description>Are you just making square cuts?  If so, you can use a 10&quot; or 12&quot;.  Cut down, then tip the edge of the board farthest from the fence up to finish the cut.  If you are going to make any miter cuts, you will need a slider.  A 12&quot; saw will not cut 8&quot; planks at 45 degrees.  Hope this helps.</description>

		<description>Personally I would only ever burn laminate flooring.  Any electric saw you use will probably smash it to bits. Why not try a handsaw with small teeth?</description>
